Rainford Mission Hills

Rooted in Legacy. Designed for Modern Life.

Architecture with Intention

Rainford was designed with a quiet confidence, balancing clean, modern lines with enduring details inspired by the Art Nouveau and Craftsman movements. Each residence was created to enhance daily living, with elegant interiors, natural textures, and a boutique hotel sensibility throughout.

A Tribute to the Landscape

Rainford takes its name from Alice Rainford, a close friend and protégé of Kate Sessions, the famed horticulturist known as the “Mother of Balboa Park.”

Together, they shaped the botanical soul of San Diego. This spirit of cultivation lives on at Rainford in the gardens, the thoughtful materials, and the deep connection to the hillside it calls home.
